Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Broth & Blocks, a TikTok Mini Game provided by RELDS, operating under the Citronetic brand. By playing, you agree to these terms and the Broth & Blocks Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and platform terms

You must meet TikTok's minimum age and account requirements and be legally able to accept these terms. TikTok's own terms and policies also apply to your use of its platform.

2. Licence

RELDS grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play Broth & Blocks for non-commercial entertainment while the game is available.

3. Acceptable use

You may not cheat, automate play, exploit bugs, bypass security, interfere with the service, reverse engineer except where law permits, infringe rights, or use the game for unlawful or commercial purposes. Please report material security or gameplay issues rather than exploiting them.

4. Virtual items and rewards

Lives, coins, power-ups, and other virtual rewards are gameplay features only. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed, and may be adjusted or removed for balancing, security, or operational reasons. Broth & Blocks currently offers no in-app purchases.

5. Optional rewarded videos

You may voluntarily watch a TikTok-provided rewarded video to receive the benefit shown in the game. Rewards are granted only after successful completion reported by the platform. Advertising availability is not guaranteed. The game does not use banner or interstitial ads.

6. Intellectual property

Broth & Blocks, including its code, artwork, audio, text, characters, design, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to RELDS and protected by law. No ownership transfers to you.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the game. Service may be interrupted by maintenance, network conditions, TikTok, Cloudflare, device limitations, or events outside our control.

8. Suspension

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the game, users, third parties, or legal and platform compliance, including in response to cheating, abuse, or security threats.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. RELDS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally.

11. Changes and contact
