Privacy Policy

This policy applies specifically to Broth & Blocks, a TikTok Mini Game provided by RELDS, operating under the Citronetic brand. It does not replace the separate policy for the Citronetic corporate website.

1. Information processed

When TikTok launches the game, TikTok may provide a short-lived login code. Our secure service exchanges that code with TikTok and transiently processes an app-scoped identifier and authentication tokens. In the current version, RELDS does not retain that identifier or those tokens in a user database.

Gameplay progress, settings, lives, and virtual rewards are stored locally through the game or TikTok platform storage. TikTok and our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, may process technical information such as IP address, device and platform data, request timing, security events, and diagnostic data as necessary to operate and protect their services.

2. Rewarded advertising

The game offers optional rewarded videos supplied by TikTok. You choose whether to watch one in exchange for an in-game benefit. TikTok may process advertising and device information under its own privacy policy. Broth & Blocks does not use banner or interstitial advertising and does not offer in-app purchases.

3. How information is used

• to authenticate the game session as required by TikTok;
• to operate gameplay, local progress, and optional rewards;
• to maintain security, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures;
• to comply with legal and platform obligations.

4. Sharing and service providers

We use TikTok to distribute, authenticate, and provide rewarded ads, and Cloudflare to host and secure the login service and these pages. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Providers process information under their own terms and applicable data-protection obligations.

5. Retention

The login code and TikTok token response are used only to validate the exchange and are discarded by our service. We do not log request bodies or token responses. Infrastructure security metadata may be retained by Cloudflare or TikTok under their standard retention practices. Local gameplay data remains until removed through the game, TikTok storage controls, or deletion of the game.

6. International processing

TikTok and Cloudflare operate internationally. Information may be processed outside your country, subject to appropriate legal safeguards where required.

7. Children

Broth & Blocks is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. We do not knowingly maintain accounts or persistent personal profiles for children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us.

8. Your choices and rights

You may decline optional rewarded videos. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information. Contact us to exercise a right. TikTok account and advertising controls are available through TikTok.

9. Security

We use HTTPS, server-side secrets, short request limits, no-store responses, and restricted endpoints. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes and contact
